This is the brain and mystical power of the city. They tend to be a snoody lot, but good natured. Thought not all of them are kind of heart. All kinds of Magics are accepted here, though the darker your magic, the more you will be watched.
This is one of the more underhand and closely watched guilds. Its full of the top cutthroats and assasin's of the city, all highly paid by the council to take care of diplomatic "problems" in other cities and provinces. It is rumored that the Assasins guild is just a infiltration operation for The Dead Swamp, but none of those rumors seem to find purchase.
Here is where craftsmen of all trades meet to talk and trade ideas. The heads of every craft have seperate offices where they can meet with others of their craft and manage prices and goods for those under them.
